We watched the Hulu show Pam & Tommy- and naturally, became obsessed. The show follows Pamela Anderson &  Tommy Lee's tumultuous 3-year relationship and the scandal that led to the deterioration of their marriage. We were influenced by the Bay Watch icon's powerful sexuality and the Motley Crue drummer's 90's grunge aesthetic. As a woman, Pamela Anderson was perversely affected by this scandal, especially in her career- while Tommy more or less got a high five for it. 

"Pam if she was Tommy" is a symbolic portrayal of Pam at this time in her life. if society at the time allowed her to harness the power of her scandal and she was afforded Tommy's "I dont give a F**k" attitude.
